Crazy Hair Day

So apparently since we slacked on Crazy Hair day last year at Julia's school we needed to redeem the Monson family name and go way out this year with some funkified hairdos.

At first Julia wanted a rainbow going over the top of her head with a couple of buns colored white to look like clouds. Then she talked about making her hair look like a pond with a lily pad and a frog jumping...really? What kind of magic does she think Daddy really has?

So we voted on doing this as quickly as 

possible so that we weren't late for school. 

The white top and pokadots were

added after we did Vanna's cool do. 

Vanna really wanted a red heart sticking up, but by the time I was able to get to her hair and gave it the old Daddy try we were running short on time. We turned the ponies into buns and went with the lady bug look. 

I think it was a big hit. 

Julia thought Vanna's hair looked like a helmet. Either way you could "spot" these funky dos from anywhere in a crowd.
