Can someone please tell me when my little girls went from this...

...to this?

Seriously, if life has a pause button, 

I'd like to know where it's hiding.

p.s. this reminds me that it might be a good idea to post our Christmas pics some time before Valentine's Day...which reminds me, again, that I wish I could find that elusive pause button...
