Tidbits*

*Some things I have learned, gleaned, or otherwise observed this week

-2 weeks, 2 days and multiple washes later, my hair still smells like hair dye

-The difference between Calm Mommy and Scary Mommy: about 1.5 hours of sleep

-Psychiatrist & Psychologist: not the same

-Cherry Chapstick: probably the closest I'll ever come to wearing lipstick.

-Editing while writing: just another form of procrastination (thanks, La, for that one.)

-Cereal spills: just about an everyday occurrence at our house

-15 years after first reading it, "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" is still a favorite

-Gum: it's not candy, but your 20-month-old will think it is
-Playdates: a mommy's lifesaver

-Good friends: irreplaceable

-Family: amaza-zing
-Fabulous Fall Break: can't it please just last forever?
